Production Crew

POSITION SUMMARY:A crew or production worker helps to improve our warehouse’s production line.You’ll perform various tasks. You’ll prepare the require materials needed for the production run. You’ll also keep the facility clean by removing debris and trash to ensure safety. Note that this position demands stamina and a good physical condition, as you’ll have to regularly lift light to heavy loads.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Assist operator during the production, provide help in preparing required materials needed during the production run2.Feeding the machines of the right materials during processing to avoid stoppage3.Properly arrange bagging that comes out from the machine4.Maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the working area5.Help checking product output of the machine through visual inspection and report off specs output6.Keeping records of final products for traceability and reconciliation. QUALIFICATIONS:1. Male or female2. Understanding of production procedures and willingness to be trained3. Observance to health and safety regulationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:1. High school diploma or equivalent2. Experience working from a cigarette company as crew is an advantage3. Analytical skills4. Attention to detailWORKING CONDITIONS:1. Physical stamina and strength2. Can render overtime and can work in shifting
