The role involves guiding Company Practitioners through internal sales processes and supporting S&PP Leadership and Business Partners in service area efforts.Responsibilities:Independently manage tasks with minimal supervisionPrioritize competing priorities and offer guidancePotentially oversee a small team under supervisor guidanceDevelop and execute medium complexity work plansEngage confidently with senior leadership within the defined sphereContribute to operational process creationExhibit expertise in specific tools and processesUnderstand the role of S&PP Sales Operations within the broader Company contextAdditional Details:Work Setup: Return to OfficeShift Schedule: Rotation ShiftRest Day: Weekends OffProject/Team Location: MandaluyongSkills and Qualifications:Japanese proficiency level: N2 to N1At least 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations With at least 3 years of proven track record experience in team management /supervisory roleStrong communication skills in English & Japanese (oral and written)Ability to work autonomously and adapt to new responsibilities swiftlyVirtual collaboration proficiency with diverse groupsExcellent teaming, collaboration, and facilitation abilitiesStrong organizational, time management, and data handling skillsProficient in following and applying processes, preferably familiar with Company Sales processesHigh attention to detail and accuracyFamiliarity with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel; understanding of finance concepts in a services companyDesirable education background in Business Management
