We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Publishing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the publishing process from manuscript submission to final production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.Qualifications:• With good command of the English language.• College Graduates• 2-year Vocational Course Graduates• Undergraduates that have at least completed 60 units in college• Senior High School Graduates with at least 6 months and above work experience• High School Graduates with at least 6 months of continuous call center experience• Willing to work on holidays and weekends• Willing to work the night shift and on shifting schedules Responsibilities and Duties:• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s emails• Providing product and service information to customers• Management and resolve customer complaints• Provide product and service information to customers• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
