Responsibilities:
• Ensure warehouse and fleet operations are safe, organized, secure, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
• Oversee timely and accurate distribution of goods to stores while optimizing logistics efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Lead warehouse workforce planning, recruitment, staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage delivery planning, route optimization, and transportation operations to maximize service levels and reduce costs.
• Oversee warehouse expenses, equipment, maintenance, and operational investments within approved authority limits.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier and service contracts within assigned responsibilities.
• Address operational issues and store concerns to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitor inventory control, shrinkage prevention, security measures, and incident reporting.
• Provide logistics recommendations for new store locations and expansion projects.
• Participate in management and logistics meetings, lead safety initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution management.
• 3 years of managerial experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation planning, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and team supervision.
• Ability to manage staffing requirements, scheduling, and operational efficiency
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization within logistics operations.
• Experience in route planning and fleet coordination to improve delivery efficiency.
• Familiarity with vendor and contractor coordination and basic contract management.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues and store concerns.
• Knowledge of safety standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance in warehouse operations.
• Experience in handling incident reporting and maintaining operational safety standards.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required by the role.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
• Must have experience in F&B industry. Work Set-up:
