-Supervise and manage the fabrication of Precast Segmental Box Girders to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
-Prepare method statements and project schedules using MS Project/Primavera P6.
-Lead and manage teams, ensuring efficient task execution.
-Monitor progress and prepare regular reports.
-Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
-Oversee estimates, costing, technical procedures, and resolve site issues.
Skills and requirements:
-Bachelor's degree of Civil Engineering
-With 15 years of experience in construction/field engineer
-With 15 years of experience in pilecap, pier, Precast Segmental Method, Free Cantilever Method, Full Span Method bridges etc.
-With 15 years of experience in supervising the fabrication of Precast Segmental Box Girders (PSBG)
-Willing to work in Apalit, Pampanga
