Install, maintain, and repair flashing roof and wall claddings and roof accessories such as gutters, eaves, and downpipes.
Inspect all roofing surfaces and make suggestions regarding appropriate repairs.
Remove algae, moss, sticks and other debris from the roof and gutters.
Locate and repair leaks during rainy days.
Install scaffolding, ladders, and roof hoist equipment as needed for roof access.


Qualifications:

Must be at least a elementary graduate
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the construction industry as a Roofer.
