Base material CuNi90/10 grade IPStd thickness 4mm filler metals AWS 5.7 ER-CuNi 2.4mm1.7Review Welder Qualified range with performance qualification test details, monitoring records and ensure that welders are following WPS1.8Ensure that any incomplete work or any malfunction as per much register are closed out and ready for commissioning as per project requirements1.9Leasing and coordinate with client, classifications surveyors and cross functional team members to meet quality requirements NDT,(UT, MT, PT, Vacuum Box Testing, Hardness Testing, (PMI,PWHT) Welding Inspection, Inspection of piping, pipeline, Tanks, Structural and material verification, including pressure testing, PWHT and pressure testing.
