Testing results are recorded in the Material Inspection Report and BME• Ensure that all process control testing in the factory is carried out in accordance with approved procedures and that non-conforming products are put onhold”, properly reported documented immediately• Ensure that all required samples are received, tested and stored in accordance with the procedures. Retention samples are maintained as per documented procedure.• Prepare Certificates of Analysis for finished goods as per request• Ensure that all laboratory equipment is maintained in a clean and functioning state, and report the need for maintenance or replacement to the Quality & Regulatory Manager
