FOM Technician

Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards • Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and installations • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance • Assist in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field • Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance, preferably in a semiconductor industry • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations • Proficient in troubleshooting electrical issues and using diagnostic tools • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Preferably residing near or within Baguio City
