Marketing Generalist

This role involves managing multiple projects, including marketing automation, website rebuilds,and new product launches, along with lead generation and content distribution across platforms. The idealcandidate is a multitasker who can prioritize effectively with minimal supervision, is tech-savvy,detail-oriented, and communicates well. We seek a creative, organized individual with a passion fortechnology, a willingness to learn, and strong organizational and communication skills.Responsibilities:● Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends andcustomer behaviors, helping identify target audiences● Assist with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, includingcreating engaging content that will attract the right audience● Contribute to social media and content calendars by managing the production of interesting andshareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc.● Ensure that regular web content updates are performed and checking content for accuracy andconsistency● Knowledge in managing SEO/SEM, Marketing database and website is an advantage.● Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management oncampaign effectiveness● Assist with email marketing, PPC, and social media campaigns● Stay up-to-date with social media and marketing trends and best practicesQualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field● 1 year of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising Strong Communication skills● Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,YouTube, etc. and also website● Knowledge of CMS, such as WordPress.● Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Fathom Analytics, Matomo, etc.● Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
