Customer Service Representative – Chat (Limited Slots – Depends on Account Availability)
Customer Service Representative – Email (Limited Slots – Depends on Account Availability)
Technical Support Representative
Sales / Retention Associate
Non-Voice Accounts (Limited Slots – Terms & Conditions Apply)
Final account and channel (Voice / Chat / Email / Non-Voice) will depend on business needs and availability at the time of hiring.


JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service / Technical Support Associate, you will:
Assist customers via voice, chat, or email depending on your assigned line of business
Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and high-quality service
Document interactions and follow process guidelines and compliance standards
Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with your team and leaders to meet performance targets and deliver an excellent customer experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
SHS Graduate / HS Grad (Old Curriculum) / 2-Yr College / College Level or Graduate
Good English communication skills

Open to shifting schedules
With or without BPO experience (tenured = higher pay)
