Duties and Responsibilities:- Manages customer requirements;- Ensures full customer satisfaction by offering alternative methods available in the absence of the specific method asked by the customer;- Ensuring adequacy of sales-related services and materials;- Contributing to customer satisfaction by responding to complaints and giving after-sales services;- Establishing active communication with sales representatives;Minimum Qualification:- At least 2 years in College or graduate of any 4-year Degree Course- A proven sales experience in TeleSales or TeleMarketing is a plus and can be an alternative if the required education level is not available.- Computer Savy and Techie.- Outstanding communication skills.- Good Understanding of what customer service is.- Strong organizational skills.
