Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s degree in any field (Open to undergraduates)
✨ At least 1 year of sales experience
✨ Real estate experience is a strong advantage
✨ Amenable to start immediately
✨ Willing to attend face-to-face interviews in Binondo, Manila

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Represent clients in property negotiations, securing favorable terms and successfully closing agreements.
✨Market properties through online listings, targeted advertising, and organized open house events.
✨Present and showcase property features to prospective buyers, clearly communicating key advantages and value.
✨Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle to drive satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.

✨Manage administrative and marketing tasks, including updating property listings, preparing sales documents, and coordinating communications.
