QAQC Manager

- Set target and review section performance together with the General Manager and create a master plan of activities on how to achieve set index,- Clarify improvement points for the system, organization, and human resources and plan how to execute them.- Monitors and ensures proper treatment was given for quality-related issues to control non-conforming products to be proceeded to the customer,- Prepare the manpower plan and allocate the budget for the execution of activities to properly evaluate incoming materials before usage to mass production.- Graduate of any Engineering course,- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Manager- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in Quality,- Must know Manufacturing and Engineering principles,- Possess a passion for excellence and teamwork,- With good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in Quality Management Systems, Quality Audits and- Certification (such as VDA 6.3 and 6.5, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Standards)- Have working experience in progress and effectiveness confirmation of the project quality management system including recommendation and implementation improvements when required.Compressed ScheduleFixed Monday - Friday8:00 AM - 5:25 PM
