Work Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Salary: PHP 26,000 to PHP 35,000
Work Set Up: Work On Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor Degree Holder
✨ 2 years related experience in supervisory or managerial in the same field.
✨ Amenable to attend Interviews
✨ Can start as soon as possible
✨ Willing to work in Pangasinan

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Leads and manages the overall operations of the Finance Department.
✨ Supervises and ensures the accurate completion of complex accounting processes, including disbursements, balancing, reconciliations, and resolving financial discrepancies.
✨ Manages the implementation of the approved Operating Plan and Budget (OPB) through Program Review and Analysis (PRA), including budget adjustments and related financial matters.
✨ Directs the creation of financial reports, forecasts, and annual budget plans.
✨ Enforces financial policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure effective execution of finance-related activities.
