Insurance Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
● Generate accurate and timely client invoices based on service agreements and contracts.
● Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.
● Verify, classify, and record billing data to maintain accurate financial records.
● Organize and maintain billing documentation for audit and reference purposes.
● Act as a point of contact for client billing inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
● Collaborate with Account Managers to address client billing-related concerns.
● Monitor and facilitate the timely receipt of client payments.
● Send bill reminders and follow up on outstanding invoices.
● Resolve discrepancies and billing issues in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements and Skills:
● Proven working experience as a Billing Representative or in a similar role. (1 yr.)
● Familiarity with billing processes
● Data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. (typing test not required)
● Proficiency in using spreadsheets and billing software. (1 yr.)
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (from junior level English)
● Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. (Level 4)
● Proactive approach to identifying and resolving billing discrepancies. (Level 4)
● Customer service orientation and ability to address client concerns effectively. (Level 4)
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred).
