Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is often a plus. Purpose of the Preseller Role The preseller's primary goal is to ensure a strong "solution fit" by validating that the proposed product is the right technical solution for the customer's specific problems. This role is crucial for building customer confidence, facilitating smoother deal closures, and ultimately driving business growth by ensuring successful sales outcomes.
