Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
-3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or pharmaceutical organizations.
-Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
-Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with organizational goals. -Supervise daily marketing operations and provide guidance to the marketing team. -Plan, implement, and evaluate digital and traditional marketing campaigns. -Manage social media platforms, website content, email marketing, and online reputation. -Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, newsletters, and promotional content. -Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using key performance indicators (KPIs). -Conduct market research to identify patient needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. -Organize healthcare events, community outreach programs, and wellness campaigns. -Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors. -Ensure all marketing communications comply with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and organizational policies. -Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget.
