General Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
Assist customers via chat, email, or voice depending on the account
Provide accurate information and resolve basic inquiries
Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns
Use company tools and systems to process requests
Uphold service standards while delivering a positive customer experience
Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance

Qualifications

At least SHS Graduate or HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)

Basic computer literacy
Willing to work onsite in Molino, Cavite
