Regional Sales Manager

JOB SUMMARYThe Regional Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the growth of a region and achievement of Targets on Sales Attainment, Quality Service Cleanliness (QSC) Excellence, Same Store Sales Growth, Store Count, Moving UP (Store Expansion) and Franchise Profitability. The RFM manages all aspects of running an efficient sales team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, disciplining, and motivating direct-reports.RequirementsPreferably lives within the immediate area of the regional headquarter Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration /Management or equivalent At least 5 years experience handling area sales.Must be able to relate well with all kinds of customers both internal and external.Must be able to create a good impression commanding attention and respect, showing an air of confidence.Must be able to utilize appropriate interpersonal styles and methods in guiding individuals towards task accomplishments.Able to improve skills and competencies of managers through training and development activities related to current and future jobsExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsMust be focused on total business operations to achieve desired targetsMust be able to identify problems, secure relevant information, develop solutions and make decisions which are based on logical assumptions and which reflect factual information.Outstanding analytical and problem solving abilitiesWilling to be re-assigned outside area of residenceWith driver’s licenseRequires extensive travel to regional, local offices and franchised areas
