About the Role

To take ownership of maintaining and evolving legacy web applications developed in Classic ASP (VBScript). You will work remotely and collaborate directly with a Project Manager based in France

Main Responsibilities

· Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Classic ASP applications

· Identify and propose technical improvements, refactoring, or partial migrations when relevant

· Analyze and resolve production issues and bugs

· Write clean, well-documented code and perform thorough testing

· Collaborate with the project manager to prioritize and plan tasks

· Take full ownership of development cycles: from analysis to deployment

Your Profile

· 5+ years of experience with Classic ASP (VBScript)

· Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server

· Experience with Windows server environments and IIS

· Familiarity with ASP.NET, C#, or PHP is a plus

· Comfortable working with legacy codebases and minimal documentation

· Excellent problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive mindset

· Fluent in English (French is a plus, but not required)

· You are fully autonomous, accountable, and quality-driven
