Quality Assurance Supervisor

1. Determining the applicable sampling for incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection.2. Establishing inspection criteria, inspection standard, work instruction and other documentation necessary for effective inspection.3. Performing on-site QA inspection.4. Assisting the Inspectors in inspection if needed.5. Approving of QA inspection records.6. Encoding of daily inspection result in the AP System for the Daily QA Report and updating the IQA Target, IPQA Target and OQA Target posted on the President’s Bulletin Board.7. Performing inspection/evaluation of new material endorsed by Purchasing, preparing Material Evaluation Report and informing Purchasing of evaluation result.8. Checking of internal Drawing prepared by Design.9. Reviewing New Item Inquiry, determining requirements for new product and establishing requirement in coordination with Production, Design and Sales if not available.10. Approving of die cut and cyrel before endorsing to Production and Rubber Engraver.11. Performing inspection/evaluation of product sample endorsed by Design, preparing Sample Evaluation Report and submitting report to Design.12. Verifying of internal Drawing with Job Order and releasing to Warehouse in the absence of Design.13. Performing Factory Acceptance Testing /Evaluation Report for costumer requirements. 14. Perform duties of QA Inspector that is deemed urgent in case of his/her absence.
