Cashier (Seasonal)

Duties and responsibilities:- Accepting customers, addressing enqueries and complaints; providing excellent customer service.- Operate the cash registers/POS. - Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.- Receive payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and provide receipts to every customer.- Processing refunds, exchange of items, and resolving complaints.- Follow all store procedures regarding with coupons, gift cards, and/or the purchase of certain items.- Maintaining a clean workspace.- Must be willing to be assigned in Ayala, Makati City Requirements:- At least Senior High School Graduate.- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.- Excellent customer service skills.- Basic algorithmic thinking and computer skills.- With pleasing personality and physically fit. - A team-player and works well in a fast-paced environment.- A keen attention to detail.
