This role ensures that incoming requests are accurate, complete, and compliant before being released to downstream teams. Accuracy at intake directly affects turnaround time, provider acceptance, and overall client satisfaction. This role requires focus, consistency, and comfort working with structured documentation daily. Key Responsibilities Request Review & Validation Review incoming ROI forms and medical record requests for completenessValidate patient identifiers, provider details, dates, and signaturesConfirm request accuracy against internal intake standards Document Preparation Correct minor errors in forms when permittedIdentify missing or conflicting information that could delay retrievalPrepare clean, standardized request packets System Entry & Tracking Enter request data accurately into internal systemsAssign request identifiers and track intake statusEnsure documentation is correctly labeled and attached Quality & Compliance Follow HIPAA-compliant handling proceduresApply SOPs consistently across all requestsEscalate unclear or non-compliant requests What Success Looks Like High first-pass acceptance rateMinimal downstream correctionsConsistent intake accuracyApply: https://operationsarmy.com/application
