POSITION: Production Engineer
SECTION/GROUP: BEA/Production
REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor
BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for supervising and managing subordinates involved in one or more of the product lines, such as assembly, testing, inspection, and repair. Ensures that product lines are ready and can respond to production requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervises and manages subordinates and their activities to measure performance based on standards, behavior, and disciplines to respond to production requirements.

2. Implements the production schedule, monitors, and regulates production input and output to meet shipment schedules. Makes the necessary adjustments.

3. Ensures that maximum productivity from materials and equipment is met; keep to a minimum level of wastage of materials, man-hours, and power consumption.

4. Supports the Process Engineer in the conduct of line evaluation and computation of material consumption.

5. Ensures the compliance of production personnel with established and approved work standards, processes, and safety requirements.

6. Checks and approves required reports from subordinates. Prepares and submits regular reports and other reports to the immediate superior.

Education: Engineering Graduate ( ME, ECE, EE, IE)
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the related industry

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
[Manufacturing support positions] Applicants may be required to work overtime or on weekends and holidays. As of now, we don’t have a night shift; however, if our production peaks, we may consider two shifts, so their schedule may change.
