Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and guide store staff
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising standards
* Assist customers and resolve issues
* Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring performance
* Maintain store cleanliness & visual standards
* Support cashiering, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures

Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in store/retail supervision
* Strong Leadership & communication skills
* Customer-first mindset
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Organized, trustworthy, and team-oriented
