Network Administration:Configuration and installation of network devices, including switches and Wi-Fi, and cabling management.System Administration:Firewall: Policy configuration, log diagnosis, and license management.Wi-Fi: Access administration, unit replacements, and license renewals.Office 365: Email account management, message tracing, spam/phishing resolution, and domain list management.Domain Name: Record configuration and license renewals.Oracle: Database backups, user access management, and program configuration.ESET: Program installation, alert monitoring, and resolution.SAP: Program installation, user access management, troubleshooting, and printer configuration.AD Server: Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) servers. Employee account management and computer configuration.Internet: Bandwidth management Raw Material Bulletin: User access management and computer configuration.Hardware Administration:Operating system setup, program and printer installation, and hardware issue diagnostics. QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT. Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholder. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.Technical Skills: Proficient in managing Active Directory (AD) servers. Experience in configuring and managing firewalls. Strong troubleshooting skills for network issues. Knowledge and experience in endpoint security solutions.
