Asset Management Manager/Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Manager/Senior Manager in the field of Asset Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering asset management client engagements, engaging at an executive level, and actively contributing to sales and practice development. Your experience counts10+ years (for Manager) or 15+ years (for Senior Manager) of total experienceStrong industry experience of delivering end-to-end Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) & Work Management Transformation projectsAbility to assess Client requirements aligned to business vision to select relevant EAM solutionKnowledge on leading industry practice on Asset Management (ISO 14224), Asset Life Cycle, Inventory Management, MoC & Change Management & Safety ManagementAble to design workflows & Business process discussions to envision a future state for the clientsAble to identify data & configuration requirements for migration, integration & replacement based on future dispositions of existing applicationsAbility to lead team to setup organization, sites, GL Accounts & Master Data in EAM solution based on client requirementsAbility to implement Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory Management, Procurement Management, MoC & Change Management, and other related modules of chosen EAM solutionAbility to define customizations required in Out of the Box (OOTB) solution to meet client needsEAM Platform experience - SAP, Maximo, or Infor.Perks & BenefitsHealth Insurance (HMO) & Life Insurance coverage from day 1 of employment.Expanded maternity leave up to 120 days*Expanded paternity leave up to 30 days*Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Loyalty and Christmas Gift.Inclusion and Diversity Benefits.Night Differential.Allowances
