Job Title: Phlebotomy Team Leader
Work Setup: Mon-Tues (Makati Head Office) | Wed-Friday (PCC / WFH)
Work schedule: 8 am-5 pm

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or other health-related discipline
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or administrative capacity
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in phlebotomy or clinical laboratory services
• Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC) or relevant certification
• Certifications (Preferred): Training in Leadership, Team Supervision, or Healthcare Management; Certification in ISO 15189, Quality Management, or Phlebotomy Training Coordination is an advantage
• Knowledge of clinical standards for specimen collection and laboratory quality Systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Competent in Microsoft Office tools and documentation systems
