Medical Technologist

Performs routine and stat procedures of the available tests/assay on the assigned section of the laboratory.Helps maintain quality control of the reagents and equipment within the section guided by the company's Quality Control Assurance ProgramHelps maintain and update inventory control of all laboratory equipment, on use supplies and reagents in the assigned sectionSupervises the assigned personnel on proper handling and disposal of biohazard waste material coming from the assigned sectionAccess on the use of LIS on the following: scope of all laboratory tests and other data relative to all tests, Worksheets, Quality Controls, Result Entries, Releasing & Printing of ResultsUse of Bio-Elab chemistry hematology and coagulation machinesMonitoring of records to ensure compliance with the systemPerforms preventive maintenance of the equipment with proper documentation and maintain orderliness and safety on the assigned working area by following the guidelines under the Standard Operating Procedure manualPerform other duties that may be assigned by higher authoritySkills and Qualifications:Graduate of Medical TechnologyFresh graduates are welcome to apply
