As Employer Branding, Communications, and Engagement Intern, you will [key role impact] and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with HR Talent Attraction, Communications, and Engagement Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Conceptualize and design engaging copy, graphics, and visual assets for both external employer branding platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) and internal communication channels, ensuring alignment with AboitizPower’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
• Support in the drafting, curating, and managing the internal distribution of newsletters and announcements to ensure consistent EVP messaging and updates reach all team members
• Support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement initiatives and culture campaigns
• Provide project coordination and creative support for other employer branding initiatives to drive overall talent attraction and retention goals.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Journalism, or other related fields.
• Preferred: Background or coursework in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or branding.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Visual Design & Video Editing (Canva)
• Copywriting & Content Development
• Brand Consistency & Attention to Detail
• Social Media & Channel Familiarity
• Event & Program Activations (Preferred)
