•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/college degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related degree.•Candidate should have at least 1-4 years of experience as an IT Specialist, IT Administrator, or similar role.•Strong knowledge of maintaining and troubleshooting devices (Windows and Mac)•Experience in creating process documents from the ground up to improve overall knowledge of IT within a company is a plus•Ability to communicate in English, both written & oral is required.•Must have a positive outlook and a professional attitude•Must have a logical and diligent approach to all tasks•Must have keen attention to details•Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
