This direct-hire job is located in Bacoor City, Cavite.Job Responsibilities:- Responsible on end to end AP to Disbursement Process using SAPB1 system (PO or non-PO)- Processing payment request forms, Reimbursement, Liquidation and Advances, which includes checking and verification of supporting documents- Checking or matching procurement purchase order, vendor invoices, and warehouse receiving reports- Processing of check vouchers and preparing manual checks or wire transfers/ online bank transfer- Assisting vendor inquiries about payment reconciliations due to discrepancies- Assisting in the resolution of issues related to invoice/payment processing and check-releasingQualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any business-related course.- Experience via SAPB1 or any accounting system under AP is an advantage- Well-versed in general accounting principles, practices, and procedures- Good to excellent written and communication skills- Well-organized and detail-oriented- Knowledgeable on Bank procedure and Philippine Taxation- Proficient in MS Office applications- Willing to work in Bacoor City, Cavite- Willing to start immediatelyDon't miss this chance to become a part of our awesome Macrologic Familia
