The architect will be assigned in quantity surveying of MERALCO's projects.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Execution planning, design and evaluation of assigned Non-Electric Project- Site inspection, data gathering and analysis of inputs/requirements- Review of applicable codes- Schematic/concept design and perspective- Property and Space planning- Assessment, review, and validation of preliminary and final / actual design- Development of technical specification- Design coordination and clarificationQUALIFICATION:- Registered Architect- Must be proficient in these software: Microsoft tools & AutoCAD- Min. of 2 years work experience in estimation- Work Location: Pasig (willing to relocate or residing)Work Schedule: Full time On-Site, 5 days, Monday-Friday
