Inventory Clerk

Responsible for monitoring and recording all stocks inside the cold storage, ensuring accurate data on all incoming and outgoing items.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accurate inventory records of all stored items.
Monitor stock movements — incoming deliveries and outgoing dispatches.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
Prepare inventory reports and submit to the warehouse supervisor or management.
Coordinate with checkers and forklift operators for proper item documentation.
Investigate discrepancies and report missing, damaged, or expired goods.
Ensure all inventory documents (receipts, transfers, adjustments) are filed properly.
Follow company policies and cold storage safety procedures.

Qualifications:

At least College Level or Graduate of any Business or Logistics-related course.
Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, inventory systems).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work in a cold environment.
