Position Overview: We seek an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist with a strong background in Inventoryand Warehouse Management, Payroll, and HRIS systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experienceworking with ERP systems such as Ecount and SAP. This role requires a professional with 2 to 3 years of experiencein ERP system implementation and management, focusing on optimizing processes, ensuring seamless integration,and providing support across multiple departments.Key Responsibilities: Led the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, including system configuration, data migration, and APIintegration and credentials with the existing system. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, ensuring ERP solutions meetoperational needs. Provide Inventory and Warehouse Management expertise, optimizing stock levels, warehouse operations,and supply chain processes through the ERP system. Implement and manage Payroll and HRIS modules, ensuring accurate payroll processing, employee datamanagement, and compliance with labor regulations. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance (date backup/databasemanagement) to ensure continued functionality and performance improvements. Conducted end-user training sessions, developed user manuals, and provided ongoing support to ensuresmooth system adoption. Continuously analyze and refine ERP processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and system capabilities.Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces. Developing reports based on manufacturing, supply chain, and customizing elements of the ERP softwaresystem. Writing customized programs, mid-ware, and scripts that can be integrated or synced with the cloud-basedplatform. Stay updated on new features, enhancements, and best practices for ERP systems, particularly Ecount andSAP.Minimum Qualifications 2 to 3 years of experience in ERP system implementation and management. Proven expertise in Inventory and Warehouse Management processes and systems. Experience in Payroll and HRIS system implementation and management. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Ecount and SAP. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and provide tailored ERPsolutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience with Json and Postman API is a plus. Depth knowledge of ERP Development tools, coding languages, and business processesNOTE: This is purely work onsite.
