Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism

• Understand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competition

• Contact all the assigned clients by both telephone and email

• Increase Sales with regular follow up calls and schedule clients

• Build rapport, listen, clarify and manage conversational flow

• Helped customers/client to show their trade situation & market trend

• Provide satisfactory solution to customers/client issues

• Meet and/or exceed quotas

Job Specifications:

• Excellent customer service skills

• At least a year of work experience in the call center industry

• Strong conflict resolution skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

• Advanced organizational skills

• At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role/Outbound/Telemarketing/Online Trading

• Fluently speaking in English

• Highly self-motivated

• Working knowledge of CRM systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

• Must have a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and a team player

• Willing to work on-site
