Come be a part of trendy and exclusive coffee shop environment We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated, and high-energy individuals to join our staff as a Barista.You will be responsible for :-Greet customers as they enter-Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients-Prepare beverages following recipes-Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries, cakes -Receive and process payments -Keep the shop clean-Inventory check-Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs-Comply with health and safety regulations-Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Skills-Previous work 1 year experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress for coffeeshop (required to do latte art) -Hands-on experience with brewing equipment (advantage if can do pour over coffee)-Knowledge of sanitation regulations-Ability to gauge customers' preferences-Excellent communication skillsHigh school diploma; relevant training is a plusJob Type: Full-timeLocation: VA Rufino Cor .
