Motorpool Head

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Motorpool Head to oversee our fleet management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive maintenance, fleet management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our vehicle fleet.Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the motorpool, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing schedules.- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime.- Oversee the procurement of parts, materials, and equipment necessary for vehicle maintenance and repairs.- Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safe operation of vehicles.- Monitor and analyze motorpool operations to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.- Lead a team of mechanics and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and inventory.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure vehicles meet operational requirements and standards.Qualifications: - Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Professional License is an advantage - Experience(s) is an Advantage in the related field. - With professional driver's license - With in-depth knowledge and experience in actual maintenance work for light and heavy equipment/vehicles. - Has the ability to establish and implement procedures and standards for ensuring the availability of equipment/vehicles. - Excellent in both oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. - Applicants must be willing to work in Casinglot, Tagoloan.
