- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Film Production, Lighting Design, Photography, Videography, or any related field.
- Skilled in lighting setup and design for film production, live streaming, and gaming environments.
- Familiar with PAGCOR regulations, policies, and compliance standards.
- Has experience handling large-scale productions, eSports events, or virtual production projects.
- Knowledgeable in cloud-based production systems and virtual platforms such as Unreal Engine or Unity. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Mandarin Director is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the studio and ensuring all productions are completed efficiently and with high-quality standards.
- Lead the planning and execution of lighting design and shooting setups for film, live streaming, gaming, and studio productions.
- Manage production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio systems, and post-production tools, ensuring proper maintenance and upgrades.
- Supervise and coordinate photographers, lighting staff, videographers, technical teams, and other production personnel.
- Ensure all studio operations follow PAGCOR regulations and gaming industry compliance requirements.
- Handle studio budgeting, resource allocation, production scheduling, and cost control.
- Develop and improve studio workflows, operational processes, and production systems to increase team productivity.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to studio and technical teams. RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
