Line Maintenance Technician

Qualifications :Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical EngineeringWith at least 2 years of experience in machine maintenance/repair (line maintenance and facilities)Knowledgeable on the principles of PLC and hydraulic operationWith knowledge and troubleshooting skills on electro-mechanical equipment/machineWilling to work in shifting schedules.Willing to work in Guyong Sta. Maria BulacanCan start immediatelyResponsibilities:- Will provide technical assistance to the Maintenance Leadman and Foremen in terms of machinery maintenance (production engineering- line maintenance) and facility engineering (building maintenance)- Will conduct testing of manufacturing machine/equipments- Will repair electro- mechanical equipment, installation, aligning and balancing of new equipments, pipe fitting; boiler making, insulation, welding, machining- Clean/lubricate shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery, repair/replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools and re- assemble equipment.- Maintain and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly
