● Production Planning and Scheduling

○ Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory goals.

○ Allocate resources efficiently and adjust schedules as needed to optimize output.

● Operations Management

○ Oversee all manufacturing activities for cosmetics and household products, ensuring adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols.

○ Coordinate raw material availability, production processes, packaging, and dispatch activities.

○ Ensure timely production with minimal downtime and wastage.

● Team Leadership and Development

○ Manage and supervise production supervisors, line leaders, and operators.

○ Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and promote continuous skills development.

○ Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

● Quality Assurance and Compliance

○ Ensure that products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements (FDA, ASEAN Cosmetic Directive, etc.).

○ Coordinate closely with the Quality Control departments for in-process and finished product testing.

● Process Improvement

○ Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production; recommend and implement process improvements.

○ Lead projects aimed at reducing costs, improving quality, and increasing operational efficiency.

● Equipment and Facility Management

○ Oversee proper maintenance, calibration, and operation of production equipment.

○ Ensure production areas comply with hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

● Reporting and Documentation

○ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

○ Maintain accurate records of production batches, inventory movement, manpower utilization, and incidents.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration

○ Work closely with R&D, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Regulatory teams to ensure smooth production flow and new product launches.
