Description :-Receives and relays to concerned personnel’s incoming documents, calls from customers, clients of the Agency and Training Institute and other important matters related to security operations.-Administers operational and administrative paper works specifically when superior is not in the office.-Disseminate policies and information to all detachments re: any important concerns from the office.-Records/logs all events received by phone from clients/ customers and various detachments.-Ensures that important documents are filed on the computer database (daily disposition of personnel/ situational reports/ leave of absence, etc.-Makes the necessary requisition such as but not limited to office supplies.-Attend meetings on HRP AD matters.-Prepares request for payment (cellphone and telephone billing).-Computes and prepares the Positional Allowance of DCs, Security Aides, Detachment Commanders.-Prepares weekly minutes of meetings of Sigma Operations.-Monitors and updates Monthly Situational Reports (MSR) of detachment submitted every 1st week of the month.-Handles petty cash funds.-Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Requirement :-Graduate of any 4-year course.-At least one (1) year work experience-Preferably can drive Manual Transmission; -Computer Literate
