The job description of this position includes;1. Conduct Skills gap analyses2. Map out long term training plans for internal teams3.Prepare educational material (e.g. design manuals and order books).4. Select educational methods , like on the job coaching, conferences, workshops and e-learning courses5. Schedule regular soft skills development and management trainings6. Assess the impact of training on employee performance7. Liaise with external partners and outsource training as needed8. Gather feedback from trainees and trainers after each session9. Prepare cost reports for each learning program10. Update curriculum database and training records
