This includes monitoring network performance, providing maintenance support services, and being available for on-call support 24x7, including holidays and special occasions. You will also be responsible for conducting remote or onsite network-related diagnosis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Additionally, you will be required to perform basic troubleshooting of existing MIaaS systems.Equipment and training will be provided.Work schedule: Shifting (Monday-Friday)QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any relevant field. - Experience in the same field is an advantage - With knowledge in network and security products, server, storage, backup and virtualization. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Amenable to work onsite in Bacoor City, Cavite. - Willing to work on a shifting scheduleDon't miss this chance to become a part of our awesome Macrologic Familia
