Logistics Supervisor

Overseeing the logistics and transportation of materials, ensuring timely delivery, and managing warehouse operations.Duties and Responsibilities:-Coordinate the loading of trucks, delivery route planning, and ensuring efficient offloading procedures.-Maintain and oversee all documentation and processes related to logistics operations.-Supervise the shipping, delivery, and unloading of materials.-Manage inventory levels and communicate with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, customs brokers, and other stakeholders.-Propose and implement corrective actions to improve logistics efficiency and resolve transport-related problems.-Collaborate closely with third-party logistics providers (3PL), carriers, haulers, and packers to ensure cost-effective and efficient logistics operations.-Monitor shipments to ensure timely dispatch, especially through transshipment points, while tracking ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).-Ensure compliance with PEZA, Customs, and other legal requirements, including preparing necessary forms (8106, 8105, CEWE, etc.).-File duties, taxes, and PEZA processing fees on time and ensure the proper liquidation of all forms and bonds. Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.-With 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations-With 2 years in a supervisory role.-Familiarity with PEZA regulations, Customs processes, and international shipping/documentation standards is essential.-Familiarity with 3PL contract negotiation and cost reduction strategies.-Knowledge of import/export procedures, forms (e.g., 8105, 8106, CEWE), and government filing requirements.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordination with internal departments, suppliers, and government agencies.-Willingness to work in Malvar, Batangas.
