Responsibilities and Accountabilities-Document the as-is and to-be process for the new invoice submission and travel request submission tool.-Perform testing as needed, analyze, troubleshoot and help resolve errors with concerned staff/unit/department.-Handle communication, arrange meetings, take meeting notes and follow up for the pending tasks.-Assist with the reconciliation of PRISM data with Oracle.-Assist the supervisor in the day-to-day activities-Assist the BPO in the day-to-day activities-Undertake other duties that may be assigned from time to time which are commensurate to the position.EDUCATION-University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field from an accredited academic institution, with three years of relevant professional experience.EXPERIENCE-Experience in business process mapping and improvement, data analysis, gaps analysis, SWOT Analysis an advantage.-Previous work experience in international organizations and companies would be an advantage.SKILLS-Project implementation, reports writing.-Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), etc;-Knowledge of ERP such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.-Ability to work effectively and independently, and within a team of varied cultural and professional background.-Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills as well as attention to detail.Location: Hybrid Setup (3Days RTO, 2Days WFH), Makati City
