Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for measuring, estimating, and costing the amount of materials and labor required for projects.Quantity Surveyor Requirements:-Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.-Candidate must have background in project estimation and control cost for general building construction specializing in civil/ architectural/ sanitary/electrical-Candidate must be willing to do field works.-Keen to detailsQuantity Surveyor Responsibilities:-Analyzes and calculates the cost of materials and labor required for projects.-Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.-Negotiates with suppliers and contractors to ensure that project costs are kept within budget.-Monitors the bidding process for projects and recommends the most cost-effective options.-Resorts to least possible cost while ensuring the quality of labor and materials to avoid-Conducts site visits to assess the extent of work required for projects.-Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
