Utilities Supervisor

1.Oversees the day-to-day operations of your section /department to ensure personnel’s daily task are accomplished.2.Oversee all repairs, Projects and ensure that works is completed on time.3.Establish strategies to meet customer demands (production) on time and use problem solving tools to resolve equipment issue/problem.4.Monitor inventory of materials and spare parts.5.Identify all cost saving measures coming from the following. 5.1CFB Utilization- (Coal, Steam Utilization, cut-off, alternative fuel etc.)5.2Water (Tap and Soft H20) Supply volume cost /liter etc.5.3Power Cost; Time of Use, Power Factor5.4Compressor Utilization; cut-off, leak and dried air.6.Reliver from time to time to maintenance engineer assigned to production.7.Responsible to monitor and assure all task of Facility and Structural Technician are properly accomplish and completed.7.1 Structural Repair7.2 Projects, etc. 8.Responsible to all other tasks that may assigned by Superior.
