LEED Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION• Prepare LEED Program.• Conduct site compliance inspections and evaluation.• Conduct site implementation, monitoring and supervision of civil/ structural works on site.• Coordinates and supervises all construction groups.• Prepare regular report such as site compliance report and material credit status.• Presentation of LEED status Report during PTG meeting.• Assist project LEED Consultant/Facilitator during site compliance inspection on a monthly basis. (a) Discuss Consultant/Facilitator findings to the operation during toolbox meeting. (b)Prepare and present action taken.• Monitoring and tracking of materials on SRF (Submittal Review Form).QUALIFICATIONS:• Graduate of Civil Engineering.• At least 1-2 year experience in construction.• Experience in LEED works is required to the position.• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications.• Knowledgeable in Construction Material Specification and Execution is preferred.• Knowledgeable in ISO Quality Management System implementation is preferred.DDTKI PRIVACY STATEMENTDDT Konstract, Inc.
